This week is all about our little chums who are leaving us for 'big school'. There will be lots of fun and games culminating in the leavers party on Wednesday afternoon 12.30 -3.00. Please check your last newsletter for all the information you need (See Newsletters in this News section)
We are also very sad as we say goodbye to Mrs Spong who is leaving us to join Cheapside primary. We've loved having her at pre-school and wish to thank her for all her hard work and dedication. We wish her lots of luck for the future.
On a happy note, we are very pleased to welcome Miss Michelle Scrivener to the pre-school team. You may have spotted her over the last week as she has been working alongside Mrs Spong to enable a smooth transition for her key children. We hope Miss Scrivener has lots of fun and enjoys being part of the gang!
Break up for the summer Friday 21st July (normal time) and return Monday 4th September.
Thank you to everyone who came to our summer BBQ. It was a fantastic day and couldn't have happened without all the hard work and dedication of Alice, Sarah and Peter. Great fun was had by all, vast amounts of food was eaten, copious amounts of drinks were consumed and £99.22 was raised!
Goodbye and good luck to all our leavers, we'll miss you lots and never forget you. To everyone else, have a great summer and see you in September!
Summer holiday club is unfortunately cancelled due to lack of interest. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to those who had booked.
This week, we will be continuing with our school transition activities including role play. We will also be looking at travelling as we will be going on an adventure to the Forest School on Friday.

What a wonderful day we had at our annual fun day. The sun shone, the fun was non stop and the company was great! Thank you to everyone who came along and to all the helpers on the day. An especially big thank you to our lovely ladies Alice and Sarah who worked so hard to organise the day and to the 'King of the BBQ' Peter, who was amazing!
We are hoping to create a building site role play area in the garden so any monies raised will go towards that and to our charity The Nest.
This week in pre-school we will be cooking with the lovely Mrs Clarke. We hope you enjoy the results!
